Publishes a single Schnorr attestation on the outcome of each loan event (e.g., loan-matured-7932e4c2…). Does not know individual contract terms, collateral sizes, or counterparties.
If Magnolia misses an attestation window, pre-signed settlement transactions cannot be broadcast. Lygos ships a refund-path locktime in every DLC so borrower funds are never stranded — but the primary settlement path depends on the oracle being live.
Roadmap calls for a multi-oracle fallback so Magnolia is not a single point of failure. Until then, the refund locktime plus consistently high observed uptime keeps lender principal protected.
